We are craftsmen of Catalan specialities, both in the biscuit sector with our famous carquinyols and our tender touron, and in the bakery and confectionery sector with our bunyetes, aniseed cakes, bras de Vénus, pa d'ous, pavé montagnard...
We've been working with recipes from Catalan family traditions for three generations. Our priority is to make our products the old-fashioned way, with slow fermentation and no additives, in keeping with traditional methods.
