Drawing inspiration from the likes of John Carpenter, Dario Argento, Slayer and Justice, Carpenter Brut builds a coherent, dark and stylised universe, a cross between retro thriller, glam-metal and futuristic dystopia.
With Leather Temple, he brings to a close a trilogy begun with Leather Teeth (2018) and Leather Terror (2022), delivering a total work: part concept album, part imaginary film soundtrack and part post-apocalyptic graphic experiment.
