Regarding

Established in Thuir over a hundred years ago, the Caves Byrrh are the birthplace of Byrrh, the elixir invented by the Violet brothers in 1866.
As you take this innovative tour of the Byrrh cellars, you'll be surprised at every turn by this magnificent and gigantic industrial heritage, the discovery of the cultural heritage represented by the 1903 posters, exhibited for the first time in Thuir, and the story of the founding family and the company, which will be told through appearances along the route, thanks to the new technologies that are here to serve the heritage. A testament to the Violet family's ambitions for Byrrh, the world's largest oak vat, with a capacity of one million two hundred litres, is a real technical feat.
