Founded in 1290, the Dominican monastery has influenced the life of the town for five centuries. In 1926, it was bought by the winegrowers of Collioure and transformed into a cooperative cellar.
The tasting cellar offers the full range of wines produced by the winery.
Weekly tours are available from April to September (by prior arrangement and limited to 20 people).
