Confiserie du Tech is a family business founded in 1964. It makes confectionery such as tourons and traditional Catalan biscuits. The rousquille, a fondant biscuit coated in meringue, is its greatest speciality. Two shops welcome gourmets at Mas Guerido in Cabestany and Cap Roussillon in Rivesaltes, offering a selection of Catalan savoury, sweet and wine specialities from over 20 local producers.
