It consists of: an entrance, a living room open to a beautiful terrace exposed to the rising sun, an equipped open kitchen, a bedroom with bed 140 with dressing room, opening onto a 2nd terrace overlooking the pool, a bathroom with walk-in shower (70 x 120), a mezzanine with relaxation area (futons, TV...), reversible air conditioning, a private parking space in the basement residence. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool of the residence.

The cleaning must be done by you (tidy apartment, carefully cleaned). A deposit check of 80 euros will be requested at your entrance and returned at your exit.
