Furnished apartment located on the 3rd floor with a beautiful view of the surroundings, in the Lido district, therefore between the Lydia at 1.5 km and the port at 0.8 km with a view of the Canigou.
It is furnished with a 140 double bed equipped with a comfort mattress; its covered terrace facing the sea allows you to enjoy the view during your meals or sit on the armchairs.
The kitchen has the necessary for meals during your stay and in its bathroom a shower.
You will also find a radio with USB socket and a fan. Weekly or overnight rental depending on the period.
I will be there to welcome you from 3 p.m. and departure is scheduled for 10 a.m.
Provide the deposit, tourist tax in season and water / electricity consumption in low season.
Consider the options: end-of-stay cleaning - bed and bathroom linen rental. A rental contract will be established for your stay.
