The gîte is located on the first floor of a wine-tasting cellar, in an old farmhouse in the middle of the vineyards, close to the working wine estate.

The gîte has a shaded, semi-enclosed outdoor area with barbecue area and garden furniture. Enclosed storage area for equipment (bicycles, etc.). Parking on the property. A cycle path linking Argelès sur Mer and Le Boulou passes 2 km from the estate and provides a good link to the beaches by bike.
