DOMAINE DE LA PERDRIX

A family business created in the 1820s, the Domaine de la Perdrix is managed today by André GIL. The 35 hectare vineyard located on the slopes around the village of Trouillas makes it possible to produce a large range of cuvées. The new cellar built in 2009 located at the entrance of the village offers wine lovers tastings in the best conditions and the discovery of the different production and aging techniques. From the last Thursday of June to the first Thursday of September: "Les Jeudis de la Perdrix", commented tasting of our wines, accompanied by a plate of local products, then picnic (barbecue available) and concert at 9:30 pm at 23:00.
