Domaine de l'Edre was created in 2002 with the aim of producing wines of excellence. Green harvesting, low yields, plot-by-plot selection, manual harvesting in crates and refrigerated lorries, strict sorting both in the vineyard and in the cellar, and long macerations quickly led to numerous awards.
Jacques Castany and Pierre Laporte are Catalans who are passionate about their profession and enthusiastic about the exceptional terroir in which their vines grow.
