DOMAINE DES DEMOISELLES

Through the secrets and the hills of Aspres (the heart of Catalan country), a small road winds through the vineyards where the earth is clay, silica and rolled pebbles ... It leads to Mas Mulés, in our family for seven generations. It is the magic of the place and its exceptional location that led us to live this adventure: seeking out the treasures of the vineyard, preserving the natural heritage, perpetuating a history. For the deep respect that we have for nature, the enclosed vineyard around the farmhouse over 28 ha has been carried out in organic farming since 2000. The terroir and the vines thus respected, let express the original character of the wines, revealing freshness and minerality, wines inseparable from our personality and our roots. For all the vintages, each grain is sorted on low yields (from 15 to 28 hl / ha), the harvest is manual for all in 10 kg boxes. Few bottles but haute couture!
