DOMAINE DEVEZA

A 20-hectare family estate in the heart of the Agly valley on a land of contrasts, combining the red ochre colours of the clay with the whiteness of the limestone and black schist. Chantal and Jean-Michel will take you on a tour of the vineyards and tell you all about the history of their wines, which come in white, rosé, red and muscat. True artisan winemakers, they have named their wines Symphonie, Mélodie, Harmonie or Opus Instrumental, because here in the Deveza family, they are all musicians. The vineyard has been farmed organically since 2008, with the greatest respect for life. This commitment to sustainable viticulture goes hand in hand with Chantal and Jean-Michel's desire to share their passion: they regularly organise events, tastings, country meals, etc. Finally, the surrounding countryside is so beautiful that you'll want to extend your holiday by staying in the gîte set up in the old cowshed. Groups welcome and tours of the estate by appointment.
