Comprising ten hectares of Olivière, Picholine, Picual and Argudeill olive trees grown both traditionally and organically, the estate is entirely dedicated to enhancing the flavours and typical characteristics of its produce. Our olives and olive oils are particularly popular with local produce and other dishes, whether traditional or inspired by the talents of modern cuisine.
