Regarding
Situated on the northern slopes of the Albère, to the west of the Col de Panissars, Saint-Michel de Riunoguès is an exceptionally well-preserved pre-Romanesque church, very typical of buildings from the 9th to 10th centuries, with a roof covered in large grey slabs, which is a rarity in both Vallespir and Roussillon. It houses some interesting works of art, notably the "bench of justice" and a curious carved altarpiece dating from 1739. The church, mentioned three times in the 10th century, was listed as a historic monument on 14 February 1989.
