Regarding
Cheese farm (ewes) located in a small village in the Pyrenees.
Farm produce: ewe's tomme, milk, brick, cooked and pressed paste, whey brousse, curd, plain and vanilla yoghurts, faisselle..... Tommettes from December.
Suckling lamb from mid-December to April, depending on lambing: book in advance.
Visits possible at the farm but also sales in the shop (route de Font-Romeu à la Cabanasse every day).
