FROMAGERIE CAL ROUS

A sheep’s milk cheese farm situated in a small village in the Pyrenees.
Farm produce: sheep’s milk tomme, milk, brique, cooked and pressed cheese, whey brousse, petit caillé, plain and vanilla yoghurts, faisselle... Tommettes available from December.
Milk-fed lamb from mid-December to April, depending on lambing season: please book in advance.
Visits and purchases are possible at the farm (except Wednesdays and Sundays), but products are also available in the shop every day during the season from 10.30 am to 12 noon and 4 pm to 6.30 pm (Route de Font-Romeu to La Cabanasse).
