The Saint-Arnac goat farm produces goat cheeses (lactic: round, log, pyramid, brick... of various maturities), goat tome, yoghurts, formatget and goat merguez.
Reception at the farm from Monday to Friday from 10am to 12pm (March to October). By appointment outside these hours.
Saturday mornings = St Paul de Fenouillet and Perpignan Place de la République markets.
In July and August: Tuesdays 6pm-9pm at the Petit Marché Bio in Latour de France.
