La Maison Sarda welcomes you all year round to Espousouille, in the heart of the Parc Régional des Pyrénées Catalanes.
A stage on the GR de Pays du Tour du Capcir, the Maison Sarda is the starting point for a large number of hikes.
Table d'hôtes locavore: seasonal cuisine based on fresh local produce. All served in the pottery made on site by Anna in the ceramics workshop.

Vincent, the chef, will introduce you to a refined, seasonal, locavore cuisine based on fresh Catalan produce. Here, priority is given to quality, thanks to short circuits and producers working in sustainable or organic agriculture. Meals are served in ceramics made on site by Anna, a potter.
