INTRODUCTION TO BIODIVERSITY INVENTORIES
Regarding
The Communauté de Communes des Aspres has embarked on the creation of an Intercommunal Biodiversity Atlas in order to make an inventory of the species and natural environments in each of the 19 communes that make it up, by raising awareness and mobilising the public. Ultimately, this will make it possible to integrate biodiversity issues into the planning of our territory.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced amateur, your help and observations will be invaluable. Each piece of data collected will gradually help to map out the distribution of species, and thus highlight the various ecological challenges facing the region.
Before you start making observations, come and take part in one of the introductory biodiversity inventory sessions. This introductory session will enable you to familiarise yourself with the INaturalist application, with a theoretical part in the classroom and a practical part in the field.
