Large living room of 35m2, kitchen and American fridge, air conditioning, 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (160*200*38) and a dressing room, 2 shower rooms, one of which is private to the ground floor bedroom, 1 separate WC.
Two outdoor areas: south-facing with 6-seater table and parasol, east-facing with garden furniture and 2 sun loungers. Gas hob available. Large utility room/garage with washing machine and tumble dryer, 3 bicycles with locks available (helmets and gloves are not provided). Outside drying shed. Private parking in front of the house. WIFI. For babies, a cot and high chair.
Weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday.
At the end of your stay, you must leave the house clean, or ask for the cleaning service (chargeable).
Visitor's tax and electricity consumption must be paid on departure.
