How does Fabric'AMAP work?
Each spring, consumers who have signed up to the La Fabrica Vélo association agree to pre-purchase baskets of vegetables or other foodstuffs such as eggs, bread or cheese, to be distributed once a week until the following spring.

Vegetables: a varied basket of organic, seasonal vegetables, worth €15 or at the solidarity price of €5 for beneficiaries, chosen by the market gardener / Aurélia Ponsich, Le Jardin de la Pipistrelle, Néfiach
Eggs: €3 per box of 6 extra-fresh organic eggs
Charlotte Vignal, Le Jardin de Charlotte, Finestret
Bread: 1kg of bread of various varieties (8€/kg), chosen by the local baker
Jérémy André, Mare Terra, Fuilla
Cheese: a wide range of farmhouse goat's milk cheeses (from €2.50), chosen by the farmer / Cécile et François, La Chevrerie du Maquis, Montalba-Le-Château
Honey: 250g of certified organic honey for €6, or 500g for €10, or a box of 3 small jars for €16, as chosen by the beekeeper / Jérôme Suszeck, Le Miel du Castor, Roussillon / Conflent
Meat and sausages: various organic pig parcels (from €20 to €100), as chosen by the farmer.
