XADI PLEIN AIR

XADI Farm is a family-run farm, managed using agroecological methods by a team of passionate people. Our commitment to small-scale, sustainable farming enables us to protect and enrich our soil, help preserve biodiversity and reintroduce trees into the agricultural landscape. No pesticides or chemical inputs are used on the farm.
Our pigs: we have selected a cross between the Duroc and Pietrain breeds to achieve a superior flavour. They are reared outdoors and fed on local cereals, certified as being of French origin and GMO-free.

Find us at the following markets: Argelès village (Wednesday & Saturday), Perpignan – Place de Belgique (Thursday), Saint-Cyprien beach (Friday), Port-Vendres (Saturday), Collioure (Sunday).
In July and August, we’re at the Soirées Gourmandes in the Albères every week (info: 04 48 98 00 08).
