Independent air-conditioned single-storey gîte for 4 people, in a Catalan farmhouse, outside the town of Elne, a town of Art and History, with its own beach, Le Bocal du Tech, a mixed and wild beach, between Argelès-sur-Mer and Saint-Cyprien. Between the sea and the mountains, close to tourist attractions.
The gîte comprises a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen opening onto a dining room and a large living room, two bedrooms, a shower room and a WC.
You can eat under the hundred-year-old wisteria, with garden furniture and barbecue. Private car park.
Quiet location, overlooking wooded park with flowers. Dogs not allowed.
Rental by the week or 4 days minimum out of season.
