The League of Objects
This project develops a hybrid pop aesthetic, influenced by groups such as Orchestre Tout Puissant Marcel Duchamp, Sons of Kemet and Horse Lords. It blends ancient and modern acoustic instruments, electronic music inspired by early video games, free improvisation and chamber music.
The aim is to create a crafted, playful sound that combines demanding sound research with accessibility. Backed by the Freddy Morezon collective, the group's artistic approach is free and open, with a wide range of partnerships between urban and rural environments.
"We want to bring out the chamber music in a song, put the most demanding sound research to work in a lullaby, play with catchy harmonies, noisy material and childlike melodies. Andy Lévêque aka Mister Bishop
L'Ivresse
Wine-growing poetry in fleshy, musical clusters.
These 3 birds have travelled the ages to bring you the best vintages of poetry uncorked in their gullets, gulped and digested by their senses. From the Sufi vintages of the 11th century to the great vintages of the Tarkosian loguologueries, they have seized their instruments to make a nest for wine poetry. To be savoured without moderation.
