On one level, the house includes on the ground floor: a large living room with a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, TV lounge, two independent bedrooms each with (1 double bed 160 cm and 140 cm), bathroom, toilet independent. The cottage opens onto an interior patio with a gas planxa and barbecue, a beautiful shaded terrace and a flowered garden (a few access steps): Relaxation furniture, large table, and various outdoor lounges for a nap or idleness. Free parking, on the street in front of the gîte. Immediate proximity to the countryside with walking paths at the gates of the gîte.
