Herd of around 15 cows, with milk produced and processed on site.

Market sales: Prades (Tuesday and Saturday mornings) and Vernet les Bains (Saturday mornings), every Thursday in summer from 5pm to 8pm Marché Rotja Vallée Gourmande
Milk, cheese, yoghurts, cow's milk products.
In summer (July/August) open every day from 5pm to 6.30pm except Thursday (Vallée Gourmande market).
The rest of the year, open every day from 5pm to 6.30pm (closed Wednesday and Sunday)
Milking all year round at 6pm.
