There's a kitchenette, ideal for sharing meals. A shower room and separate toilet complete this floor, as do two bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed 160x200
- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed 160x200

Upstairs, a mezzanine open onto the living room with 1 double bed 140x190.
Outside, you can relax on the terrace. A shared laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron is at your disposal. For your leisure activities, there is a table tennis table and table football. Each gîte has its own entrance accessible via a passageway. Private parking is available in the street in front of the main entrance.
