Regarding
Situated in the heart of the village of Cerbère, this liner-like residence offers magnificent sea views.
Designed in art deco style, this residence, initially a hotel, was built to the plans of Perpignan architect Léon Baille (1862-1951) between 1928 and 1932 to enable tourists who had to wait for their train axles to change to spend the night.
It included a restaurant, a cinema and its bar, and an Italian-style theatre stage.
Built in reinforced concrete, it is currently being restored.
It used to have 30 rooms, but now has 10 flats, each accommodating 2 to 6 people.
