The bakery « Le Couvent » in Ille-sur-Têt is a real family story. The known-how of Henri Poch gave him the title of “Meilleur ouvrier de France” in 2000. Named “Gyro Gearloose of the bakery” by its peers, Henri Poch is a member of the “Bread Ambassadors” and he is taking part in the Bread World Cup. He is also a member of the “Bakers of the charter”, founding president of the Bread Masters (Pyrénées-Orientales), member of the Bakery French Team and of the “Lo Que Fem” association, regrouping artisans, artists and local producers.
