The cottage is entirely single-storey and certified with the Tourisme & Handicap label. It opens onto a large garden at the foot of, and facing, the Canigou Massif. In season, the owners allow guests access to their private swimming pool.

Private terrace and garden, children’s swing, fully enclosed property (on-site parking). The property is located 1 km from the town centre of Prades, facing the Canigó massif.
Access to the owners’ private swimming pool (from June to September; access times to be arranged with the owners; equipped with a safety fence).
