You can also take advantage of the owners' swimming pool (5x 10 m - depth 1 to 1.70 m) with special opening times (2 hours a day, times to be arranged on site).

The kitchen and dining room open onto a private 70 m² terrace (garden furniture, plancha), with a view of the shared swimming pool, which is accessed via a gate.
A lounge with sofa and television also opens onto the terrace. One bedroom (1 double bed), one shower room (wc).

There is a dedicated pool house as well as a shared shower and wc.
Private parking for one vehicle is available on the property.

The gîte is equipped with reversible air conditioning.
