The climate is very sunny, but the altitude (1450 m) means that there are cool nights in summer. On the Spanish-Andorran border, Llo is one of the most typical villages in the region.
The swimming pool (max. 9.2 m x 3.5 m, max. depth 1.6 m) is secure and directly accessible from the gîte terrace. It is shared with the Montserrat Figueras gîte opposite. It is normally open from June to September and the water is heated to around 23°C.
Very quiet and not overlooked, with independent access to the first floor, the living space is on one level, except for the mezzanine.
A large living room with kitchen, dining room and lounge opens onto the private terrace.
2 bedrooms with double beds (150cm) and en-suite shower rooms.
1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm),
a mezzanine with 2 single beds 90 and en-suite bathroom with small bath and WC. 1 separate WC.
Covered, unlocked parking.
