Welcome to Saint-Jean-Lasseille, a wine-growing village just a few kilometres from the sunny beaches of Argelès-sur-Mer, Spain and the thermal baths of Le Boulou. The ideal place to discover the department. Set in a large private enclosed garden of around 150m2 + a shared garden with the other 1200m2 accommodation in the centre of the village, this self-contained gîte combines comfort and modernity. This single-storey gîte comprises: living/dining room opening onto its private terrace, fully-equipped kitchen, one air-conditioned bedroom: 1 x 160x200 bed with en-suite shower room and toilet, one air-conditioned bedroom: 2 x 90x190 beds, en-suite shower room, separate toilet. For your comfort, all linen is provided and beds will be made on arrival. Enclosed parking is available on site. The discreet owners live at number 21 and another gîte, for 4 people, with its own entrance, is on the ground floor of their main residence.
