The Minerve mill is a family company created about 10 years ago is the first private mill in the Pyrénées-Orientales. On 7 hectares, more than 8 varieties of olives are cultivated. Come and visit this great place where you will discover the owners’ “known-how” in their production of olive oil and natural soaps. From October to June, visits and sales at the mill from Monday to Friday, from 4pm to 7pm. During the high season: Every day from 10am to 12 and from 4pm to 7pm. Group visits must be booked.
