In the southern part of Prades, with easy access to the town centre, yet in a peaceful setting, you can enjoy the historical heritage, the local market and festivals, and visits to medieval villages such as Villefranche-de-Conflent.
The gite comprises:
Ground floor:
Kitchen (microwave, dishwasher..)
Living room, equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people and TV and a wood-burning stove (a basket of wood offered) and open onto the private terrace with garden furniture, and onto the small garden.
First floor:
A mezzanine bedroom equipped with a 140 x 190 bed and its en-suite shower room with wc.
On a second terrace shared by the two gîtes, there is a small barbecue, a plancha and a bread oven.
A shared above-ground swimming pool, 4.50 m in diameter and 85 cm deep, is perfect for cooling off on hot days or when you return from a walk.
Private parking for one car is available.
