LE PRE CERDAN
Mireille & Philippe CHEVALIER receive you everyday at the farm from 9.00 am to 8.00 pm. The cheeses are made with milk from two different breeds: the Pyrenean breed and the Rove. Milking is done by hand every day at 6:00 am. Breeding is not based on intensive farming or on yield. " All we care about is the quality of the product". You will also find in this farm, mountain honey and donkey milk soap.
