Ground floor with separate entrance: sleeping area with (1 double bed), living room and kitchen area overlooking a private and closed terrace (garden furniture, deck chairs, barbecue), bathroom (wc). Access to the private pool of the owners (May to October / secured by an alarm). Enclosed parking on site.
