The flat is on the second floor of a small, well-kept residence with lift and nearby parking (or subject to availability within the residence, at an additional cost). It offers optimum comfort for 4 people (or even 6 with a sofa bed).
It comprises a bright living room (50 m2) opening onto a 12m2 loggia and an open/equipped kitchen (small appliances, fridge-freezer, electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, TV in the kitchen and one in the living room), two bedrooms with double beds (140cm), a shower room with laundry area (washing machine and tumble dryer) and a separate WC. Reversible air conditioning in the living room/kitchen.
Garden table and 6 chairs on the loggia.

Cleaning service extra (80 euros), bedding kit extra (15 euros per bed). Tea towels provided.
Off-season rental minimum 3 nights. 1 week in July/August.
