The Vignerons de Maury are the first cooperative cellar of the Pyrénées-Orientales created in 1910, it brings together a hundred families of winegrowers who operate around 750 ha of vines for an average production between 18,000 and 20,000 hl.
Our grape variety includes the grape varieties necessary for the production of PDO dry wines and natural sweet wines as well as IGP Côtes Catalanes. Due to our exposure and our land, we have low production yields of around 20 to 25 hl / ha.
