L'HOSTAL

Located in the heart of one of the most beautiful villages in France, at the foot of an old castle, l'Hostal, for 50 years, offers local cuisine rich in local products. Its panoramic terrace with a beautiful view over the valley of the Agly and early Corbières is worth a visit in the summer and is an asset to the inner room, full of rustic decor with its monumental stone fireplace. Specialities: Boles de Picoulat, la cargolade, snails, Catalan chicken and meat pareillade, foie gras with apricots and Muscat, or figs and Banyuls, a gazpacho (in summer), the prawn skewer outbreak, the planxa and grill. Entertainment: evenings dinner show (Comedians, pocket theater, acoustic music).
