The owners live on site. 1st floor: living room with kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), bathroom. Possibility of 1 extra bed (children) on 2nd floor. Air conditioning. Covered shelter, terrace and enclosed garden (garden furniture, barbecue). Private car park. Storage room (bikes, sailboards).
