Le Mas Baux, an old Catalan farmhouse from the 18th century, is located on a superb terroir: a Quaternary terrace between Perpignan and Canet-en-Roussillon, a stone's throw from the Mediterranean on a site several thousand years old on the edge of the ancient Via Domitia . The grape variety makes it possible to offer a complete range of organic wines, produced with low yields.
