MAS D'EN FABRE - HUILE DES ORGUES

Tree growers for over 50 years, the Fabre family are passionate about olive growing. They have created a 22-hectare olive grove in a unique terroir that is particularly well-suited to arboriculture. The aim is to express this exceptional terroir with old Roussillon olive varieties grown using traditional methods, and it is fully in line with the process for obtaining the Roussillon PDO currently under way at the INAO.
The Fabre family has drawn on the Roussillon varietal potential bequeathed by our ancestors and revived by pioneers such as the Baches d'Eus nursery, and has patiently pursued its objective of bringing out the best in Catalan olives on the estate.
On-site sales from Wednesday to Saturday and by appointment. Organisation of guided tastings, cookery workshops (details and registration on the website), ephemeral dinners. Group visits by appointment.
