Mulard ducks and festive poultry (capons, guinea fowl capons and capon chickens) are reared by Baptiste from birth on the heights of Err. The poultry are fed with 100% vegetable feed produced in our region. The fattened ducks are force-fed the old-fashioned way with whole grain maize. The entire chain, from rearing to slaughter, processing (in a laboratory that complies with the latest standards) and marketing, is perfectly controlled. Come and discover this farm and share their passion for good local produce.
Direct sales at the farm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 5pm to 7pm.
Sales at the Formiguères market on Saturday mornings and at the Saillagouse market on Sunday mornings during the school holidays.
