The climate is very sunny, but the altitude (1450 m) means that there are cool nights in summer.
The swimming pool (max. 9.2 m x 3.5 m, max. depth 1.6 m) is secure, set back 25 m and shared with the "Maître de Cabestany" gîte.
It is normally open from June to September and the water is heated to around 23°C.
The gîte is not overlooked and is on one level, with access via two steps. It has completely independent access above the owners' residence.
- A large living room with kitchen, dining room and lounge opens onto the private, enclosed and covered 15 m² terrace, with a 180° view over Llo and Spain.
- The 4 bedrooms overlook the village: Bedroom 1: double bed 160 / shower room with WC. - Bedroom 2 with small terrace: double bed 160 / shower room with WC. - Bedroom 3: double bed 150 / shower room with WC - Bedroom 4: 2 single beds 90 / shower room with WC.
- Covered, unenclosed parking.
