SANT VICENS PARK

Designed with beauty in mind, Perpignan’s Sant Vicens Park is nonetheless accessible to everyone: young and old, sports enthusiasts and casual walkers alike. There are play areas for teenagers and toddlers.
Flora: reeds, tall grasses, tamarisk, and groves of maple, alder, ash, poplar and aspen trees.
The site consists of former farmland irrigated by the Cave stream, at the end of the ‘Las Canals’ irrigation canal.
Built around two ponds – one permanent and the other seasonal – this park invites you to observe the flora found along the water’s edge and on the Mediterranean shores, play amongst the tall grasses and run along the large embankment.

Dogs are not permitted, even on a lead, with the exception of guide dogs for the blind.
