Garden level: living room with fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a private 20 m2 terrace (garden furniture), 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), shower room (wc).
A mezzanine offers a reading area and a convertible sofa for 2 extra beds. Shared washing machine on site.
On site: 2 family hiking trails and fishing in the river. Large tree-lined garden, grassed area for relaxation... lovely panoramic view of the ruins of the ancient fortified castle. The owners live on site and will be happy to advise you on the best walks. Saint-Paul-de-Fenouillet 12 km from Perpignan and Quillan 50 km away.
