SAVEURS DE MIEL

The saveurs de miel beekeeping company has been in the beekeeping business for several years. Based in Canohès on the Roussillon plain in the heart of the Pyrénées-Orientales, saveurs de miel is ideally placed to place and move its 200 colonies around the department. Starting at ground level and rising rapidly to 1600 m, the colonies harvest honeys from rosemary, garrigue, white heather, maritime lavender, chestnut, rhododendron, etc., as the seasons go by.
Once harvested, these honeys undergo no further processing. Cold-extracted, finely filtered and of the highest quality, they are never heated, which guarantees their high nutritional quality.
