FOLLOWING THE TRACES OF THE BATTLE OF LE BOULOU

This historic walking trail takes you to the site of the Battle of Le Boulou (1793-1794), which pitted Napoleon's troops against those of Spain. This victorious battle was crucial to the sovereignty of the territory of France, which is why it is inscribed on the Arc de Triomphe in Paris. A viewpoint indicator and panels explaining the battles line the route, adding to the charm of the walk and the panoramic view of the countryside.
