TERROIRS ROMANS CAVEAU DE CABESTANY

The history of Terroirs Romans begins in 1908, the cellar is one of the pioneers in the wine cooperation movement. Movement which has made it possible to bring together Know-how, Values and Common Passions written over several generations. The vineyard is located on the clay-limestone slopes among the pines and the scrubland, benefiting from a Mediterranean climate with quite exceptional sunshine. These soils, made up of large quantities of pebbles mixed with sandy clay, form excellent supports for quality vineyards. Among the tiered terraces are the Cabestany terraces, very favorable to the production of AOC and Natural Sweet Wines. Much more sandy and deep, the Elne terroir favors the production of Vin de Pays. These winegrowers have a strong respect for their vineyard and the environment that surrounds them. Located in the city center, tasting and sale on site.
