Terroirs Romans, a history of hard work, values and generosity.
Close to Perpignan, the vineyard is located on clay-limestone slopes among pine trees and garrigue, benefiting from a Mediterranean climate with exceptional sunshine. These soils, composed of large quantities of pebbles mixed with sandy clay, form excellent supports for quality vineyards.
Among the terraces staggered along the three rivers are the Cabestany terraces, made up of rolled pebbles and alluvium, which are highly favourable to the production of AOC and Vins Doux Naturels, which require a high degree of alcohol. The Elne terroir, which is much sandier and deeper, is mainly suited to the production of Vin de Pays.
Our winegrowers have a strong respect for their vineyards and the surrounding environment. This philosophy and these shared values make it possible to produce wines full of passion and generosity.
